Here at PineOaks, we pride ourselves on a very competitive price structure across all of our furniture ranges.

We do compare prices with similar goods to ensure that we offer you the customer the best value. If you find a similar product at a lower price please do not hesitate to email us .

DELIVERY

Our Delivery costs are:

Small Items - £19 per item to anywhere in mainland UK, delivered by courier service.

Large Items - £35 per order to England and Wales, £65 per order to Scotland. £10 for each additional item.

We are unable to deliver to Anglesey, The Isle of White, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Scottish islands.

We use 40ft lorries for large item deliveries with one driver only, this will require an able bodied person to help with the handling of the items(s) to a ground floor room of your choice.

Due to the size of the delivery vehicle it is essential, to enable us to deliver, that we get complete information about access to your property, as narrow roads, cul-de-sacs or other restrictions could present a problem.

Our driver will contact you on the day of the delivery to give a more accurate time of delivery.

All information and contact telephone numbers will passed to the driver to enable your delivery to go as smoothly as possible. messages are logged within your account area and can be accessed 24/7.

TIMESCALES

Once items ordered are in stock we review all pending orders for the same part of the country, and then plan a route that is viable and efficient.  If timescales and costs are a concern to you please email us (with items & postcode) and we can provide you with more information.  At any time you can email us from your online account area and we will always advise within 1 working day.  Be assured that we deliver all orders as quickly as practically possible.
